Painting and the Networked World
The current Art and Theory Reading Group project examines painting’s relationship to networks (real, virtual, historical), through an exhibition and a discussion of the essay, by David Joselit, which inspired the exhibition: Painting Beside Itself (2009).
The discussion will be on Saturday 26th August @ 2pm in the gallery at Wollaton Street Studios. All welcome to attend but booking is essential, as space is limited, please get in contact to book a place.
